Italian Rice Balls


Ingredients:


  • 2 cups arborio rices, slightly cooked
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup grated Romano cheese
  • 2 ounces proscuitto
  • salt
  • 1/8 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 4 ounces fresh mozzarella, cubed
  • 1/2 cup fried seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 cups oil
