No-Knead Pan Pizza

Ingredients:
For the crust:
  • 200 grams (7 oz, about 1¼ cups) all purpose
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¾ teaspoon active dry yeast
  • 4.75 oz (1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons) water
  • 4 grams (.25 oz, about 1 teaspoon) olive oil, plus more to coat pans and drizzle
For topping (optional):
  • ½ - ¾ cup marinara sauce
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella
  • ½ cup Italian cheese blend (asiago, fontina, etc.)
  • Basil leaves
  • Fresh Parmesan
  • Pepperoni, sliced
