Mint Chocolate Cookie Cups
Ingredients
For the cookie cups:
- 3/4 cups butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 2 4.6 oz packages of Andes Mints
For the icing and chocolate drizzle:
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup shortening
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp mint extract
- 1-2 tbsp water
- 1 drop green food color, optional
- chocolate sauce (I used this one)
