Mint Chocolate Cookie Cups

Ingredients
For the cookie cups:
  • 3/4 cups butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 cup cocoa
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 2 4.6 oz packages of Andes Mints

For the icing and chocolate drizzle:
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup shortening
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp mint extract
  • 1-2 tbsp water
  • 1 drop green food color, optional
  • chocolate sauce (I used this one)
