Ingredients
Lemon Cookie Cake
- 3/4 cup salted butter, room temperature
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 tbsp lemon juice*
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2-3/4 cup white chocolate chips
Icing
- 3/4 cup butter
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tsp finely grated lemon zest
- 2 tbsp lemon juice*
* You'll need a total of 3-4 lemons
